      This helps us understand whether your practice plans to offer Medicare-eligible services.

      Provide Your Prescriber Number

      Locate your unique Prescriber Number and have it ready.

      💡 Your Prescriber Number is issued by Medicare and is unique to you as an individual practitioner.

      Create a Provider Number in PRODAOptional
      ℹ️ This step is only required if you intend to bill Medicare.

      Log in to PRODA and create a new provider number. You can use the Available Doctor practice address below.

      While in PRODA, enter the Available Doctor minor ID to associate your provider number with our software.

      Register for eRx Prescribing

      Register on the eRx platform to enable electronic prescribing.
